Annual Fairfield Sidewalk Sale & Street Fair Set for July 19

The Town of Fairfield’s Office of Community & Economic Development announced today that the Town of Fairfield and Fairfield Chamber of Commerce are pleased to once again co-sponsor the Fairfield Sidewalk Sale & Street Fair event which will be held, rain or shine, in Fairfield Center on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Select merchants will offer a preview of sale merchandise beginning Thursday, July 17th.   

 

More than 50 Fairfield businesses are expected to participate in this year’s event, setting up stands and offering a variety of merchandise for sale. Admission is free.  Sherman Green will feature activities for children and families, including an inflatable bounce house. This year’s event will again feature live musical entertainment at several multiple venues scattered throughout the downtown.  A full event line-up will be unveiled in the next several weeks.

 

Limited sponsorship opportunities still exist. Businesses and vendors interested in either participating in or sponsoring this year’s event should contact Mark Barnhart or Mary Alice Limperopulos (mlimperopulos@fairfieldct.org) at the Office of Community & Economic Development for more information.
